Getting out of jail or prison can feel overwhelming. You do not have to do it alone.

We help people who are getting ready to leave jail or prison, as well as those who have recently been released, connect with the support they need to get back on their feet.

Our team can help with:

• Finding housing and community resources

• Connecting to healthcare and other services

• Setting goals and making a plan for the future

• Finding a job

• Building job skills and preparing for interviews

We also provide employment workshops inside jails and prisons to help people prepare for life after release. Our goal is to help every person have a better chance at building a stable, successful future.
