Harvest Healthcare Agency partners with correctional facilities across California to support justice-involved individuals as they prepare for reentry and reintegrate into their communities. We provide comprehensive case management for pre-release and recently released inmates, ensuring they have the guidance, resources, and support needed to stabilize and succeed.

Our team also delivers on-site employment readiness workshops within prisons and jails, helping participants build practical skills, strengthen workforce confidence, and connect to meaningful employment opportunities upon release. By combining personalized support with career development, we work to reduce recidivism and create pathways to long-term stability for the individuals we serve.
