We'll work with you every step of the way to help you build a safe and stable future. We also offer short term housing for people who qualify.

Need a safe place to recover after leaving the hospital? Recently released jail or prison?
Our Short Term Post Hospital Housing program provides a safe place to stay while you recover and get back on your feet.
Eligibility
You may qualify if you:

Recently left the hospital and still need extra support

Have physical or mental health needs that make it hard to recover on your own

Recently left jail or prison and need a safe place while reconnecting with healthcare and other services
While you're staying with us, we can help you:

Recover in a safe and supportive home

Connect with doctors, mental health providers, or substance use treatment

Meet regularly with a case manager

Learn or rebuild everyday living skills

Find permanent housing
You may stay in a private or shared home, depending on availability and your needs.
