Through our partnership with Alta Regional Center, Harvest Healthcare Agency provides Community & Family Support (CFS) services designed to help individuals with developmental disabilities become more independent in their own homes.

 

Our CFS team works directly with members to build daily living skills, strengthen routines, and increase confidence in managing personal care, household tasks, safety, and community connections. Support is tailored to each person’s goals—whether that means learning to cook simple meals, maintain a clean living space, manage appointments, or develop healthy habits.

 

By offering hands-on guidance and consistent encouragement, we help members take meaningful steps toward greater self-reliance while ensuring families feel supported along the way. Our goal is simple: empower individuals to live with dignity, stability, and independence in the place they call home.
