For individuals supported by Alta California Regional Center, we help you learn everyday skills so you can do more on your own at home and in your community.

WE CAN HELP WITH:

  • Cooking & Food

       Meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking

  • Money

       Budgeting, banking, paying bills, and shopping

  • Home Skills

       Cleaning, laundry, and keeping your home safe

  • Transportation

       Using public transportation and getting around your community

  • Appointments & Organization

       Scheduling appointments, paperwork, and staying organized

  • Health & Safety

       Healthy habits, personal safety, and getting healthcare

  • Self-Advocacy

       Speaking up, making choices, and solving problems

  • Community Skills

       Using community resources and participating in activities

COORDINATED FAMILY SUPPORT (CFS)

Support for adults with developmental disabilities

We help you build everyday skills, become more independent, and stay connected to your community.

  • Everyday Skills — Cooking, hygiene, budgeting, and taking care of your home

  • Getting Around — Transportation and getting out into the community

  • Making Choices — Speaking up, making decisions, and getting the services you need

TAILORED DAY SERVICES (TDS)

Support to Help You Reach Your Goals

Want to get a job, learn new skills, or get more involved in your community? TDS gives you support based on what you want to do.

WE CAN HELP WITH:

  • Find A Job

       Get help looking for jobs, filling out applications, writing a resume, and preparing for interviews.

  • Learn New Skills

       Explore classes, job training, or other ways to learn.

  • Volunteer

       Find a volunteer opportunity and gain work experience.

  • Get Out in the Community

       Visit new places, meet people, and learn about resources in your community.

  • Become More Independent

       Build confidence, communication, and everyday skills.​
