We provide landlord-client housing linkages and resources, helping clients, especially seniors, those with disabilities, chronically ill, or victims of crime, move into safe, long-term housing environments beyond shelters and hospitals, ensuring a smooth transition and continued access to necessary services.
Our goal is to support seamless transitions into environments that promote independence, security, and well-being. We also ensure clients maintain access to essential services and resources, fostering stability and improving their quality of life as they settle into their new homes.

Harvest is proud to announce a powerful step forward in our mission of transformative care: we now have our very own Short Term Post Housing (STPH) homes. This milestone allows us to provide a more personalized, hands-on approach to case management than ever before. By creating a stable, supportive living environment under our direct guidance, we’re able to walk alongside each individual more closely building trust, responding in real time to needs, and tailoring services that truly make a difference.
These homes are more than just housing they are spaces of growth, dignity, and opportunity, where individuals can receive the focused support they need to thrive and move confidently toward long-term stability.
